Why do we need an internal
reporting system?
Reporting (whistleblowing) is an extremely important tool for preventing and curbing corrupt practices, exposing financial and tax fraud, and other violations that threaten public safety and health, financial integrity and the rule of law.
Confidential Reporting System is a dedicated internal whistleblowing channel within the organisation, designed on the basis of the written requirements of the Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of whistleblowers for violations of Union law, implemented in our national legislation through The Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers or Publicly Disclosing Information on Irregularities.
