TRANSPARENCY INTERNATIONAL – BULGARIA is a non-governmental organization whose mission is prevention, counteraction and fight against corruption at all levels. Its initiatives in recent years are related to projects such as "Business Integrity", "Local Integrity System Index", "Integrity Pacts in Public Procurement", as well as "Monitoring Parliamentary Elections", creating scales and indices for measuring corruption risk in various sectors, etc.

Its strength is in the direction of :
- FinTech - software supporting the financial industry;
- BlockChain - ensuring the reliability of information;
- software automation of business processes and online commerce.
TEAM
Kalin Slavov is the Executive Director of „Transparency International Bulgaria since 2011. Assistant Professor of Financial Law and Business Integrity at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". Member of the International Finance Association (IFA).
Iliya Hristov is the founder and owner of Happi Company Ltd - a software expert with extensive experience in FinTech, BlockChain and software automation. Co-founder of WAATERS and member of the Bulgarian Fintech Association (BFA).
The aim of the team is to provide a working, safe and secure tool for exposing corrupt practices, abuses and fraud, as required by the Law on the Protection of Persons Reporting or Publicly Disclosing Information on Breacheswhich entered into force on the 4th of May 2023 (adopted on the basis of the transposition of the Directive (EU) 2019/1937).
